錫紙豬手
錫紙豬手：
原料：
豬手1只
配料A：
薑一塊、料酒、鹽5克。
配料B：
生抽20克、蠔油10克、油10克、魚露5克、白糖5克、蒜茸20克、薑末、香菜適量。
特別準備：
蜂蜜20克、錫紙一張。
叮嚀小語：
刷蜂蜜要等豬手涼透。
放入微波爐加熱時，在錫紙上紮幾個小洞。

彩色小花盞
昨天，煲馬蹄紅蘿蔔竹蔗水的時候，多出來一些胡蘿蔔和馬蹄，就想到了這個顏色漂亮，營養爽口的素炒粒粒啦！炸幾片蝦片來做小碗，把炒好的粒粒裝起來，就像一個個的小花盞一樣。彩色小花盞。

原料：
蝦片9片、胡蘿蔔半個、馬蹄4個、青椒1個、南瓜1大塊。
做法：
1、胡蘿蔔、馬蹄、青椒、南瓜分別切粒；
2、鍋裡放油，燒至6成熱的時候（筷子插進油裡，筷子周圍起泡泡的程度吧），轉小火，放進蝦片炸至膨脹就撈起瀝乾油份，備用；

在陽光下做早餐-
早餐有牛肉漢堡+水果沙拉+牛奶
早餐牛肉漢堡需要的材料：
漢堡坯2個
牛肉排需要的材料：
牛肉餡30克、豬肉餡30克、麵包糠30克、洋蔥碎少許（小於1/4個）、雞蛋1個、鹽、黑胡椒、料酒、醬油各少許（其他調料根據自己的習慣酌情加入即可）、牛奶或清水20毫升左右。
夾入漢堡的蔬菜：
黃瓜片、西紅柿片、洋蔥圈、奶酪片、沙拉醬、生菜葉。

韓式炒年糕
【材料】：
年糕、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥、青蔥、韓式辣醬、辣椒粉、韓式牛肉精、醬油、白芝麻（沒找到牛肉精這個調味料，估計也是類似雞精提鮮用的，省略～）。
韓式辣炒年糕
【事前準備】：
1、胡蘿蔔、洋蔥切絲。
2、青蔥斜切絲備用。
【做法】：
1、鍋內燒開，加鹽，把年糕先煮熟（加鹽可以讓年糕先入味）。
2、另起一鍋，放少許油，先把胡蘿蔔炒軟同時也可以把脂溶性的胡蘿蔔素炒出來。
3、再加入洋蔥繼續煸香。
4、把煮好的年糕放入一起炒。
5-8、加1大勺韓式辣醬、1小勺辣椒粉、少許鮮醬油調味。
9、加入一碗煮年糕的水煨煮。
10、大火收汁，翻炒（根據自己喜好把汁收成偏濕或偏乾的狀態）。
11-12、最後放入炒香的白芝麻和青蔥，起鍋。

濃情黑巧克力蛋糕
必備工具：
玻璃碗（3個）、打蛋器（大小各一個）、蛋糕模子（根據需要購買）、烤箱或微波爐（家用烤箱無需太大，中號即可）、油紙若干張。
做法：
1、400克的黃油，300克的砂糖，用打蛋器打，當它呈現白色並微微發起的時候，再加上300克麵粉，還要加上2～3個雞蛋，調成麵糊。
濃情巧克力皇冠蛋糕
原料：
好時SpecialDark特濃黑巧克力300克、400克的黃油，300克的砂糖、300克麵粉、熟杏仁切片、椰蓉、葡萄乾。
2、把調好的麵糊倒進墊好油紙的模子裡。
3、烤箱提前預熱200度上下火。
4、將模子放到烤箱裡面烤。將火溫控制在200攝氏度左右，烘烤25分鐘就可以取出待用。
5、準備好100克好時SpecialDark特濃黑巧克力切碎作為巧克力碎備用。
濃情巧克力皇冠蛋糕
6、準備200克好時SpecialDark特濃黑巧克力切碎，隔水加熱，融化後，一半裝入裱糊帶，在牛油紙上擠出環紋冷卻後取下。
7、剛剛烤好的蛋糕取出放置冷卻。
8、將另一半好時SpecialDark特濃黑巧克力加熱攪成巧克力醬，均勻地攤在蛋糕上，抹平後冷卻，你會驚喜地發現蛋糕表面結了厚厚的巧克力硬殼，看起來十分誘人。小米我費勁巴拉放上提前做好的巧克力環紋圍在蛋糕四周。
